We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. AI Spam Image Cleaner does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information. All image processing, scanning, AI detection (such as closed eyes or head turns), and categorizations happen entirely on your device.

Zero Cloud Uploads: The App does not have internet access permissions. Your photos, documents, and memes never leave your phone, and no data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers.

2. Device Permissions

To function correctly, the App requires specific on-device permissions. These permissions are strictly used for local app functionality:

• Storage / File Access: The App requires access to your device's photo gallery and file storage to scan and analyze your images. This allows the AI to identify junk photos, bad portraits, and document clutter.

• Notifications: The App requires notification access to keep you informed about the status of background scanning operations and to alert you when a scan is complete.

• Wake Lock (Background Processing): To allow the App to scan large batches of photos while your screen is off, we utilize a CPU wake lock. This operates entirely locally to ensure the scan finishes smoothly in the background.

3. Third-Party Tools (On-Device)

The App uses Google’s ML Kit and TensorFlow Lite (TFLite) to power its smart AI detection (facial analysis, semantic grouping, and image classification). These models are bundled directly into the App and run completely offline. No image data is sent to Google or any external servers for processing.

4. Data Security

Because AI Spam Image Cleaner operates completely offline and lacks network access, your data is inherently secure from external data breaches, unauthorized cloud access, or third-party tracking. The security of your photos relies entirely on the security of your local device.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time if new features require different local permissions. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, if necessary, within the App's release notes.
